Description
The MotionCam Jeweler is a wireless motion detector that supports photo verification. It is designed for indoor installation. It can detect motion at a distance of up to 12 meters. It ignores pets when properly installed and configured.
The MotionCam works as part of the Ajax system and communicates with the hub via two secure radio protocols: the detector uses Jeweller to transmit alarms and events and Wings to transmit photos. The communication range with the hub is 1,700 meters, without obstacles.
- LED indicator.
- Motion detector lens.
- Infrared backlight. Used for taking photos at night and in low light conditions.
- Photographic camera.
- SmartBracket mounting panel. To remove the panel, slide it down.
- Perforated part of the mounting panel. Required to activate the anti-tamper switch in case of any attempt to remove the detector from the surface. Do not remove it!
- Tamper switch . Activated by any attempt to tear the detector off the surface or remove it from the mounting panel.
- Power button.
- QR code/detector identifier. Used to add the device to the Ajax system.
