Yealink EXP50 expansion module brings a new visual presence, intuitive user interface and user-friendly operating experience.
Each phone can support up to 3 EXP50s, adding an additional 180 programmable keys with presence LEDs for multiple functions, and making the EXP50 an ideal solution for receptionists, administrative assistants or contact center employees to monitor contacts and manage high call volumes with ease.
The module supports displaying up to 20 contacts, for speed dialing or call transfer. Contact status is synchronized and presented with the color of the presence LED.
It is worth noting that the module is compatible with T5 series phones.
