Installation requirements
- 7mm socket wrench or screwdriver
- Category 5 (or higher) shielded cabling with drain wire must be used for all Ethernet connections and must be connected to the PoE AC ground.

- Surge protection must be used at all outdoor installations. We recommend using two surge protectors, model ETH-SP, one near the LiteBeam and one at the building entry point. The ETH-SP will absorb surges and safely discharge them to the ground.
