Description

Installation requirements

  • airFiber 5GHz radio device (sold separately)
  • Phillips screwdriver #1
  • 16mm Wrench
  • 24mm Wrench
  • It must be installed without obstacles at the top, for the correct operation of the GPS
  • Mounting point:
    • At least 1 m below the highest point of the structure
    • For installation on towers, at least 3 meters below the top of the tower
  • Ground wire: minimum 10 AWG (5 mm 2 ) and maximum length of: 1 m. As a precaution, connect the airFiber radio device to a grounded outlet, pole, tower, or ground rod.

WARNING: Failure to connect properly will void your warranty.
  • Category 6 (or higher) shielded cabling must be used for all Ethernet connections and must be connected to the PoE AC ground.
