Description
The Stopper II® Series consists of a durable, tamper-proof, clear polycarbonate cover and frame that fits over manually operated lever stations. When the cover is lifted for access, a high-pitched 95 or 105 dB warning alarm sounds. This will immediately draw attention to the area and the prankster will either run or be caught.
The Stopper II® Series is intended for use in areas where the incidence of false fire alarms from manually operated lever stations is high or has proven to be a serious problem. Any disadvantages of this device are more than balanced when the consequences of false fire alarms are considered, especially if service personnel and equipment respond to a false alarm. Add to this the disruption to facility activities when a false alarm occurs. The Stopper II® can be invaluable.
