Description

The four Class B NACs are standard
  • Each rated at 2A for conventional 24VDC reverse polarity notification appliances providing multiple modes of operation.
  • They can be selected to provide synchronization for the Simplex Visible Notification Strobe flashes.
  • Capable of controlling TrueAlert non-addressable notification appliances operating in SmartSync two-wire control mode.
Input Control Options
  • IDNet addressable communications from a 4007ES, 4010, 4010ES,4100U, or 4100ES fire alarm control panel. See note.
  • Or from one or two conventional 24 VDC NACs with various output control options.

  • Provides status monitoring and control of individual NACs using a single address per IDNet 4009 NAC Expander.
  • Supports IDNet “Device Level” ground leakage location
Internal 8A power supply/battery charger
  • Charges internal batteries up to 12.7Ah or batteries up to 18Ah in the external cabinet.
  • Provides monitoring of battery status, input power and earth leakage.
  • 8A capacity for “special application” apparatus; including 4901, 4903, 4904 and 4906 Series sirens, strobes, siren/strobes and speaker/strobes.
  • 6 A capacity for power supply of the “24 DC regulated” appliance.
IDNet 4009 NAC Expander Optional Modules
  • The IDNet Communications Repeater provides a Class A or Class B output.
  • IDNet communications fiber optic receiver/repeater available as Class B or Class X.
  • Four additional Class B NACs, rated for 1.5 A for special application appliances; 1 A for regulated 24 DC appliance power.
  • Class A Dual Circuit Adapter Module
