This speaker prevents clipping through a dedicated audio limiter IC that monitors the music signal as it passes through the amplifier and keeps peaks within the amplifier’s range, preventing audio distortion caused by clipping without affecting power. The speaker’s ability to reproduce powerful music decreases with battery power, while the clipping prevention feature reduces peaks caused by low battery.
