NOTIFIER ISO-X Loop Isolator Module

The ISO-X fault isolator module is used with the NFS-3030, NFS2-3030, NFS-640, NFS2-640, and NFS-320 to protect the system against wire-to-wire short circuits on the SLC loops.

Characteristics

• Powered directly by the SLC loop, no external power source required.

• Mounts in standard 4.0" (10.16 cm) square junction boxes and 2.125" (5.398 cm) deep boxes.

• Built-in LED light flashes to indicate normal condition, illuminates continuously when a short circuit condition is detected.

• Immunity to loud noise (EMF/RFI).

• Wide viewing angle of LED light.

• SEMS screws with retaining plates for easy wiring installation.

• Automatically opens the SLC loop when a short circuit is detected and prevents the short circuit from causing faults in the entire loop.

• Automatically resets when short circuit is corrected.

• Supports style 4, 6 or 7 electrical wiring.
