Mircom MS-700MP (U) Series manual fire alarm stations provide manual activation of the fire alarm. They are reset by a key. Each station includes a permanently connected MIX-4000 Series addressable module. Mircom MS-700MP Series intelligent manual stations are designed for use with a compatible MGC control panel providing high, reliable and secure data exchange rates.
The MS-700MP manual pull stations are constructed of high quality die-cast metal and have a high gloss red enamel finish. An abrasion resistant label with large raised lettering provides clear, legible instructions. The MS-702MP is a two-stage, intelligent, key-reset type manual pull station. The MS-710MP(U) is a double-action, key-reset type intelligent manual pull station.
The “U” suffix indicates the UL listed version. All manual pull stations must be installed in accordance with specific requirements outlined in UL, ULC, and applicable national or local codes. Addressing is performed using the MIX-4090 device programmer. To set the address on this device, disconnect it from the loop or ensure that the loop it is connected to is disconnected from the panel and shorted between the SCL+ and SLC- inputs of the device. Failure to follow any of these steps may change the address programming of sensors previously configured on the loop.
