Select Series Low Profile Smoke Detectors are intelligent addressable plug-in detectors with point identification capability that allows each detector to be addressed with rotary address switches that provide exact device locations.
The detector sensitivity is continuously monitored and reported to the fire alarm control panel. These smart sensors use a state-of-the-art thermistor detection circuit for fast response. Mircom's advanced protocol uses a high-speed communication protocol that greatly increases the communication speed between smart devices.
Modern design and expanded color options meet contemporary aesthetic demands. Plus, each detector is built for exceptional installation and maintenance efficiency.
The redesigned optical detection chamber of the Select Series MIX-2351AP(A) photoelectric detector is designed to detect smoke from a wide range of combustion sources in accordance with more stringent code standards. The sensitivity of the Select Series detectors can be programmed through the control panel software to match the environment. The MIX-2351RAP(A) photoelectric detector also has remote test capability for use with a duct smoke detector.
The MIX-2351TAP(A) multi-sensor detector offers photoelectric detection or thermal detection via dual electronic thermistors with a fixed temperature thermal detection of 135°F (57°C).
