Description

Designed to operate on all Honeywell V-Plex polling loops, the VPLEX-VSI provides short circuit isolation for devices in compatible control panels. When a short circuit occurs on a branch of the polling loop, a trouble LED illuminates and isolates the faulty branch from the system, improving safety and life safety and reducing troubleshooting time and maintenance costs.

Resistive short circuit detection (10-400) ohms during normal probing; (10-800) ohms when applying probing loop power
Ignition short circuit detection ≤15 ohms
Overload detection The loop power level is 6 VDC
