SK-HEAT addressable heat and rate-of-rise detectors are plug-in thermal detectors with built-in communication capabilities that outperform conventional detectors. These thermal detectors are used with Honeywell Silent Knight® Series Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACPs). SK-HEAT detectors are intelligent sensors that utilize state-of-the-art thermistor sensing circuits for fast response times. Sensitivity is continuously monitored and reported to the FACP. Point pinpointing capability allows each detector to be addressed with rotary address switches, providing exact detector locations for selective maintenance when chamber contamination reaches unacceptable levels.
